Restrooms very dirty we were there for 2 hrs were not touch

Why hv a shirt on display for 9.99 and then say u don't hv any at all, really? Or U just don't kno where that are or to ask for help. This locale may be headed downhill.

4 or 5 games were Broke so was the ice cream machine but the manager did go in back ang get what we needs. Pizza was unevenly topped, parts with no cheese or sauce n too much on others.

First of all there was one cashier and it took a while just to pay, with just one family in front of us. Then I decided to do the buffet, bad choice. They didn't have any pizza out and when they would bring a pizza out it was gone before I could get to it. They seemed very under staffed.

I don't like there

I went for the pizza buffet excited to eat at the salad bar because that's why I go to CEC but the salad bar was only 2 bowls of salads bummer and only 3 pizzas where out also now u only get 30 so called tokens or whatever on the card versus 40 tokens when u spent $10 I wish they still had tokens

We were there for a birthday party. the anamatronic chuck e was either broken or turned off, but the curtains were still open. even when the person in the chuck e suit came out, there was still a darkened chuck e statue staring at us. that would be like having 2 Santas at the mall! also, the person who dresses like chuck e needs to be better trained, they walked out, took a couple pics & walked back in. very mellow, not like a kids character should be.

It was not very good. The drink machine had mildew all over it. The tea tastes as if it had the same problem inside the container. The place looks ghetto.

Terrible customer service. Overbooked the facility!
