Speedway, unfortunately, needs to step it up, clean up their stores. They are going to lose business.

First pump did not work. Just making a buzzing sound. Had to back up to other pump. Garbage on ground that smelled. This was Newburg Rd near Watterson expressway. Speedways are going downhill in my opinion.

Of the6 gas pumps, only one was not in use. However, this one did not appear to work after I swiped my card. I eventually moved to another pump that became available. Then that pump did not produce a receipt and I had to go inside. There was a long line with a wait. However, the attendants did move the line quickly and they were polite and friendly.

The employees were sitting on the counter with back to the customers, manager leaning on lottery machine and other employee standing at register with back to customers. I walk up and was not greeted and had to get their attention to get service. No ice tea was made and could tell customer service is not their strong point.
