Was in a recently renovated room, room was great but Keurig coffee maker didn't work.

levelthe room was very pretty, but there are a few things that just were just not good. the design of the shower in the newly remodeled rooms is poor, the water leaks or into the rest of the bathroom and the floor gets wet. the noise from the rooms next to me was awful because of 2 connecting rooms. this is terrible! The soup was cold and bread on my sandwich was stale. The staff was friendly, which was really helpful.

My son reserved this hotel as we were in town for a family emergency. A family member was placed into the hospital as he is dying. After a very stressful day we just wanted to rest. Around 3-4 we were awoken by a loud argument in adjoining room. We called the desk regarding the noise and was told security was there. When we opened the door to inquire if they were going resolve the problem and were told by the security personal to get back in our room. We did not get the rest we urgently needed. We are very disappointed in this hotel Plus the building was under construction which we were not told about upon booking the room.
