The staff was slow moving and didn't seem happy at all. They were more concerned with talking to each other than helping out the customers.

There was vomit on the toilet in the woman's bathroom and the staff would not honor a win on a machine which my family member clearly won. This is a children's restaurant, that's just crazy.

It would have been nice if we could have redeemed my daughter's tickets through a code on the skateboard universe app rather than printing out a voucher.

Everything used to be one token was a great value now somethings are two tokens or more very disappointing

It was okay. I really liked a girl named genesis. She was very helpful. Another employee said the "f" word in front of my child and that is unacceptable.
