Wouldn't let me fill my tank without prepaying. Tried to leave credit card with cashier and they said no. Very inconvenient

Cashier was extremely rude. Talked to another person (her boyfriend) throughout my entire checkout, ignored my question about having my receipt and did not give me a bag, or even offer me a bag.
