Pretty sure my coupon was for 30 cents off but I only got 3 cents off my gas

I had a coupon for .30 off a gallon for up to 15 gallons. The receipt was extremely confusing and I dont think that I got my .30 off a gallon.

Did not receive the 3 cents off per gallon and I had the speedway perks card Not happy up the road was 5 cents cheaper at fuelmart. Will not return to speedway.
