The pop machine was broken

I received 3 digital coupons for 3 separate drinks for free. I tried to use them and they wouldn't ring up correctly and the cashiers that were helping didn't know how to fix it. One cashier knew that the coupons were valid for those items as she mentioned that there were coupons for each of the items that I attempted to buy. One of the coupons must have been rang through as redeemed even though I left without getting any of the drinks. The reason I went to the store in the first place was to redeem those coupons. Very annoyed.

This location is always dirty and is always out of supplies such as cups with matching lids and straws.

No organization. Took over 10 minutes to get checked out due to poor management
