Enterprise Rent-A-Car

While the staff at my local Enterprise is always friendly & courteous, they're extremely slow & I can never just get in & out. Also, the last 2 cars I've had have smelled like cigarettes & no one seems to smell the oder except me

Wait was too long

I entered that I needed a car the day before via the Internet. When I get to Enterprise, not only don't they have a car ready, they tell me my car is on the way. When I tell them that I have to be in the next county on 30 minutes do they rush to wash another car. When I get in the car, the interior is dirty. Despite the car conditions, the staff remains friendly

I was given a large SUV that sucked down gas. The supply of cars was low. The guys in the office don't seem to know what they're doing & they talk too much. I wish it were possible for the workers to know which car gets good gas mileage & which car doesn't
