This was our first time to dollywood. The rides are great! We had a little trouble with one place with them being up-to-date on food allergy info, and my daughter could have gotten really sick if I didn't catch it, but the larger restaurants seem to know their stuff. Just be careful. Most of the staff was friendly. A couple seemed ready to go home. Not everyone can be happy all the time, they are human. I get it, but the very first person we spoke to was fairly curt with us when we had questions about our tickets. The kids games (fair style) the arcade area were a bit overpriced and felt very 'rigged'. And the Rudolf games were super duper over priced. My daughter walked away with no prize and we had dropped some crazy cash. However, overall our visit was pretty good. My daughter had fun, things just felt over priced. Worse than Disney World was when we went there.

It's a fine park for families and elderly, but it's just not Disney. If I'm going to spend money on a theme park in the future, it will be Disney, even though I'll have to save longer.

Employees were very very slow

An expensive Park. We went on an off day and lines were still extremely long. Rides were short and there wasn't much reason to stand in a queue for them. Would rather have gone to kings island.

Ate at ham and beans and was very disappointed in the food portions you got for what you paid......beans do not cost that much to fix They need to keep the park open later for enjoying the lights during this season

We purchased season passes back in July but hadn't been able to visit until this weekend. Sadly we won't be able to return the rest of the year, and their policy regarding that absolutely sucks! Instead of helping to get our pass extended to next year, even for a small charge, they dismissed us and said there was nothing they could do because we did enter the part for a few hours that one day. Years of going there and now I don't care to ever return. If they'd mess you up over that, there's no telling what else they'd do to rook you.
