The staff was overwhelmed by the number of people there. From the perspective of a mom of a preschooler and baby, having only 2 of the toddler rides open and the toddler play area roped off made it difficult for the little ones to have fun and play off their energy. Went home disappointed.

Not a very pleasant experience for a couple of older folks who went late in the day. Paid parking only to find out it would cost $120 for us to walk in for an hour and a half. Needless to say, we declined and considered our parking fee a lesson learned.

Love Dollywood but it was crazy busy when we went so not so fun

Dollywood is way overrated. The cost for tickets and season passes are too high. The sales clerks in the stores were very rude to me. One store had a sample of different jellies, applebutter, etc....the older man pointed me in the wrong direction to sample applebutter. The bowls with samples were empty and no spoons. He could care less. The stores close earlier than the hours that are posted. I waited almost 20 mins in line at the Spotlight Bakery to place a simple order for a coffee, and a coca-cola. Only two cashiers. They were NOT working the line. Customers place orders, and pick up in the same line. VERY disorganized and inefficient!! It's very clear that the employees' primary concern is themselves. Lazy and rude!! I would not and will note buy again.

There were way too many people in the park. Foot traffic was at a standstill in places. Needs to have more employees to assist with crowd control. A mess!

Went Saturday night and WOW was it crowded. Walked in and left within an hour. We couldn't move.

would have been nice to know that a lot of rides were down before we got there. were not sure why the playground areas were closed my little ones were very disappointed

the gentleman on the trolley was rude when we were trying to unload our kids from the trolley. also, the woman on two of the rides was short wi th both my husband and I.

Too expensive! Wasn't worth the price. Rather go to Kings Island. It's cheaper and has more rides.
