I have been there many times growing up, but this was the first time in many years as I have now lived in Texas for 10 years. As I visit home often, I considered a season pass but decided against it based on this trip. It seemed more dirty and has become too commercial. It has lost it's hometown feel.

Too crowded, food undercooked, bathroom dirty, lines to long to eat or ride the rides.

I was very dissatisfied with the running of the trams to get you in. This Saturday was the worst time to go. It was very overcrowded and you couldn't move around.

Staff was unprofessional and rude. Ride selection sucked. Will never go back. Also, attractions were not easy to find

A bad day that got better! I love Dollywood, don't get me wrong. I am a season pass holder. It had snowed an early snow, which is unusual for November 1st, and it was about 35 degrees when we got there. All of the rides except one were closed until the temperature hit 40 degrees which was not until well on into the afternoon. Got some fresh cinnamon bread at The Grist Mill, rode our one ride and left. I did decide to take in the Dixie Stampede and it was fabulous! Well worth the price of admission. Great food and an awesome show. Highly recommend this attraction. Dolly has her hand in it too and you will NOT be disappointed.
