Kwik Trip

It was a pleasant experience.

Kwik Trip is in several convenient locations so I go often. One improvement I would make would be in regard to the bakery. There is no variety among the donuts.

The layout of the store does not provide much room near the coffee, donuts or checkout thus creating bottlenecks and confusion.

The franchise is going down hill.

I waited in line for ten minutes behind one person as the checkout person made endless chit chat with that customer. Meanwhile, four people in the next line over where checked out while I stood waiting for the endless conversation to conclude. No apology or anything.
