Days Inn Phoenix - I 17 and Thomas

Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were not clean. There were crumbs and even full size Fritos all over the floor. When something as simple as vacuuming is done poorly I wonder how clearance everything else is. The pool area was nice, but all but one of the lounge chairs was torn in the seat area making it unusable. Finally, the outer security door was not secure and could be opened easily without a room key. On a positive note, it was located conveniently close to the interstate on ramp.
