No one picked me up from the dealership, they had to take me to Enterprise. I waited over 1/2 hour for said service. Got to the store, waited for two employees to take care of 5 customers ahead of me. Blake was very considerate of the fact I was now two hours late for work. However, the car was wet-missed the back completely-walked around the car w-Blake & found no issues. Great. I'm in the car, ready to leave, and then he asked about my insurance. Not once prior was I asked/told he would need this info. I had to sign off on his insurance which made me uncomfortable. My husband has used this particular store several times over the past years and didn't have nearly the length of time to wait and deal with the folks there. Hopefully things will improve from here on out.
