I was getting gas on my way to a meeting and didn't have much time. While I was setting up to pump, the buttons on the screen didn't work and I was pushing yes, no and cancel to all the questions and none of the options worked and I had to wait until it eventually surpassed each question just so I can pump gas. I was sort of in a hurry and since I couldn't quickly get through all the questions before I could pump gas I was rather frustrated and I had all my kids in the car so it wasn't easy to just go inside without having to drag them along and take even longer. Luckily I wasn't late but that was rather irritating having to experience this. Basically I just recommend getting the touch pad replaced or fixed to make it more convenient for future customers.
