Horrible customer service; buttons are worn off machines so you have to go inside to pay - which isn't possible when you have 2 babies in carseats.

Awful experience! No customer service. The enter button didn't work, the 'call attendant' button didn't work, so I had to go inside. Oh, and I had a sleeping baby in the car! I explained about the buttons not working but the attendant had major attitude!
