Great customer service

I recently needed to rent a car because I did not have confidence in my car for a short, but long distance trip. I called a few different rental car places, and found Enterprise to be no only the most reasonable, but the most accessible. I was very impressed with the speed of service, the interest in suggesting a car that would best meet my needs, and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. I will call enterprise first the next time I need to rent a vehicle!

I would highly recommend and use the Hunt Valley, MD but will never recommend or use the Pasadena, MD location. Pasadena, MD location needs to b reviewed by upper management for faulty vehicles and customer service.

Everyone has been friendly and accommodating and genuinely cared about helping me!

Everyone was helpful and caring and relatable. I ended up finding out some things we had in common and it was an overall comforting experience, what with the situation I'm in. And it's always nice to drive a brand new 2015 car!

Excellent service.. Availability of cars is ALWAYS a problem. I understand that they do a lot of business, but they pretty much never have any selection of larger cars or larger SUV's. They only have small cars available... Please, please, please, clean the inside of the front windshield!!! It us never cleaned! I rent vehicles a list. The windshield is never clean. I world think that enterprise would like to promote safety when it's cars are being rented. A dirty windshield effects visibility greatly, especially night driving. Why would they Not present cats with clean windshields. Interior windshields! Please clean them!
