A lot of pumps don't work

Just like every other gas station except for the fact that this one just happened to be on the right side of the road, and therefore much more conveniently located for me than the gas stations on the left side, and I happened to be driving by when I saw that I needed gas. I put my card in, picked up the pump, pumped my gas, put it back, and then left. Everything went as expected, no robberies or gas tank explosions to speak of.
