They didn't have a compact car and upgrades me for free

They were fast and friendly! We didn't have a coupon but Enterprise still had the best deal. We rented a car bc we reached the airport 10 hours before we could board for our flight, so we rented a car to go out to eat, etc. worked out well.

The service was fast and the car is trustworthy.

BEST EMPLOYEES EVER! Every single person was so friendly and kind. One particular woman was working the exit gate and she had green and gold nails. We commented saying "oh must be pretty loyal to the job" and she said "oh yes I love my job". We were so impressed! So kind, friendly and humorous. Made the whole experience enjoyable. The men running the shuttle helped with all of our luggage and we had a lot! They were patient with our kids and the service was so quick. I will rent again in a heartbeat! And to think we almost chose a different service. So glad we went with enterprise!!!!
