I have rented cars from enterprise numerous times over the years & over the last 2 weekends in 2 different cities. All enterprises we have used either have differing policies or the policies are arbitrarily enforced. In Dallas last weekend, I reserved a full size car & was able to upgrade to a very nice Yukon. This weekend, in Houston, I can't get anything other than a Hyundai Sonata for my full size reservation. I was also told a Yukon or Tahoe would be 2 full upgrade levels where in Dallas, there was NO upgrade fee attached. Wth?
