They don't offer to clean your windshield unless you fill up. I would tip if my windshield was cleaned no matter how much gas I purchased. It used to be standard for Chevron.

Chevron has lots of locations so they re common. Stores are messy especially bathrooms are horrible but the lotto is why I go there
