Not very knowledgable employee

I stopped for gas on my way home. I had noticed that the signs had recently changed and I had a bad experience with the previous gas station but decided to give them another shot on the chance that the ownership and staff had changed. The guy behind the counter was rude and seemed disinterested in helping me. The machine at the cash register wouldn't give me cash back so I had to use the atm which charged me $3. I did this so I could buy a lottery ticket. When I went back to the register the second time, he tried to sell him tickets he had pre-printed. I wanted new ones and felt it was very shady. You aren't suppose to preprint them and you are suppose to print them on the spot. It left me with even a worse taste in my mouth. Even though this location is on my way home, I will never be back.
