Clean hotel, very nice staff- decor and room seemed a little out of date. Carpet was dirty

ue to wonderful experience remodeling. first night, ice machine not functioning on 14th floor. went down to floor 12, doors open & carpets torn up & scaffolding. went to floor 10. next day, ice machine working. no micro nor frig in room. coffee maker didn't work. kinda disappointed due to the fact that the Westin @ LAX was outstanding. hopefully, after the remodel is complete, these issues will be addressed. food very good.

The hotel room was very nice, but the staff was mediocre.we asked for local entertainment for the night and they couldn't suggest much. We ended up dinning Inside of the hotel and the prices were sky rocket! I also spoke to some other people that stayed there and they said that they only paid 25$ for their dining experience vs 100$ that we spent. Very unfair.
