Needed a break and this was the place to go! :)

The cashier did not know the difference between the sizes of my refill cups and was trying to overcharge me. When the other cashier tried to help her, she questioned her. She tried not to listen to either of us. It made a simple transaction complicated and annoying. Since I get refills often at competitors, this was weird. She was talking on her headset in the store loud enough that customers thought she was speaking to them. Not professional.

Not always in this area. Not a frequent shopper of this store.
