Quick transaction but pumped slow.

the cashier didn't act like he knew what he was doing. I was in line for 10 mins with 2 people ahead of me. I got the the cashier who didn't greet me or say sorry for the wait. rang my purchases and I asked to get 10 cash back he said no I walked out with nothin
