Employees need to be trained on how to redeem gift cards. I was told repeatedly by the cashier that my card must have been used up. I told him twice that I had called the 800 number on the card minutes before I came to confirm the balance. I had to tell him that the 4 digit code next to the card number was the expiration. He had no clue! He never apologized for insisting I was wrong about my balance either
