Spent 1/2 hour at Valero just to get gas b/c they offer $.5 off per gallon of fuel, if you pay with cash. This causes significant delays because cars are parked at pumps, while drivers go inside to pay, rather than pay at the pump.

I was paying in cash (cheaper fuel), but Pump wasn't working (due to extreme low temperatures), so it became a very extended visit.

I purchased tobacco product and gas. They ran out of a certain tobacco product! Other then that my experience was fine
