Attn MiniSurvey vendors... MiniSurvey support doesn't help participants redeem their points, they take extended times to redeem point requests when their online system doesn't work, they insult participants, and ignore repeated requests for a support supervisor. Totally poor support and it reflects poorly on you as a participating vendor. If you're really interested in participants' opinions you'd be wise to demand a higher level of MiniSurvey support to its participants
