It was dirty, it wasn't very organized, the staff wasn't friendly.

This Valero is almost always dirty, there are people panhandling, their gas is 20 or more cents per gallon. I don't know why anyone would return there.

I have yet to visit this Valero that I wasn't panhandled at least once but this time it was three times I was asked for $. So I left without spending a dime
