I use "pay at the pump", but very rarely can get my receipt at the pump. It will say cashier has receipt. Excuse me , but if I wanted to have to go inside and wait in line for receipt I wouldn't be using the "pay at the pump" service!! I have on numerous times called in about this ! I have quite often visited other stations( not Valero) due to this lack of service on receipts.
