I arrived at the hotel check in desk, no one was there. Waited over 10 minutes, then she had trouble logging into her computer. Room was clean however the sink stopper was broken, every time I used the sink water would collect. Kids ran up and down halls.

The workers were very nice but when I was laying in the bed I found a sock at the end of the sheets... This just tells me how they don't change sheets between guests and that is so disgusting
