Their food is always amazing, but sometimes their drinks let me down. The speed of service usually sucks, but most of their products are priced fairly reasonable. Also, they're everywhere so it's always convenient.

I went to Kum & Go for air in my tires. I thought they all had free air, but this one did not have any (free or cost). I got my gas quickly with no problems, but was disappointed that I could not put air in my very low tire.
