The visit to marathon was fine. It was ordinary, we got the items we wanted at an average price, the speed of check out was fine and the customer service was fine. Nothing was done to stand out. People don't recommend okay businesses, only outstanding businesses who go above and beyond expectations. So the visit was good, but customer service skills could be better to make the visit stand out. Marathon should also think about a rewards card like other gas stations and convenient stores do, other than the list the credit line.

There is a drainage problem in the parking lot that causes flooding in the parking lot so it was just kind of annoying that my shoes got soaked
