Large display in front of register makes it difficult to form a single line, so if you get stuck behind someone who takes a long time you get screwed. By the time I made time I made it to the register I don't think the cashier said one word to me, not even the total or thank you. I also had to wait for her to hand me my receipt until she was done discussing something with another employee. This was by far the worst customer service I have seen in a long time.
