Staff was overworked and had a hard difficulty spending the necessary time with each customer. My car was completed but then had idle issues that had to be resolved...the service tech chose to ignore the idle problem and I had to be the one to discover it when I went out to leave. Required me to go back inside and work out the issue with the staff. Additionally, I was not provided options for my replacement part, but rather just one option (one of the higher end options). I already wanted that one, so it wasn't an issue for me but another customer wanting a lower priced option would have had an uncomfortable bargaining experience.
