Always go for our yearly state inspection and this time we had them change our oil. It's the first time we've done that, we normally take our vehicles elsewhere for oil changes. We've always thought it would be pricey to do there but we're very surprised when it was reasonable. We waited to be checked out for over 15 minutes. One employee was taking care of another customer while the second one at the desk was on the phone. I felt as though he either could have put whoever was on the phone on hold while he checked us out or checked us out as he was on the phone. There was no one else in line.
