The person helping us had a few issues but got us in a vehicle pretty quickly. Ride from Chicago terminal to enterprise was long and went through a lot of construction.

We went to 3 vehicles that could not be rented and had to unload our stuff from each one. Then the 4th one the oil light came on in and we had to find a 5th car on the lot. Took over An hour to grab a car and drive off

We picked up our car at 1am and were given the only standard vehicle left in the lot. The girl didn't take a look at the car before sending us off, and we were so tired that we didn't think to look either. When we returned the vehicle, the guy who looked over the vehicle said their was a scuff on the front bumper that there was no previous record of. Considering that we only drove this car to and from a hotel an hour away and parked head-in, we know this wasn't from us and would've been identified prior to our departure had we gone through the routine vehicle check with the female employee.

Slow service and drop off of car was not easily due to lack of signage at airport.
