After trying to schedule services with both Walmart and Sears and both places failing miserably, I finally went to Firestone. Firestone was cheaper, more knowledgeable, easily accommodating, and well informed. They called me and verified everything, showed me the issues on my car, and did not charge me outrageous prices. I could not be more satisfied.

Service was horrible

I was EXTREMELY disappointed with my visit to Firestone. I had a tire literally fall apart earlier in the day on my way home from work. My intent was to purchase a complete set of tires, get an alignment, and get an oil change. However, I was told I could get an appointment for Tuesday! This was a Saturday afternoon for goodness sake! Some people work for a living!! I have to work during the week! That woad going to be a pretty hefty bill. I have to go to work to pay for those things. I rely on my vehicle. I would think that when going to a "tire store" you should be able to purchase tires....and at that time!!!! I make doctors appointments not tire appointments!!!!! I was quoted a price that did NOT match the ones listed on the app on my smartphone. Then the sales rep had to back pedal to change the prices he quoted me. It was a horrific experience. I finally walked out without new tires...still driving on a "donut" tire. I drive approx. thirty miles to work every day....one way!!!!! Thanks Firestone for EXTREMELY crappy service!
