Firestone has multiple deals every month such that a customer should be able to get routine maintenance tasks performed three or four times a year at a significant savings. Don't put off these tasks or you will pay more than the deal on offer.

Called regarding a Missouri Vehicle Inspection. Sean advised it'd only take about 20 minutes, so bring it on in. I left home, drove the nearly 15 minutes to pick up my wife's car, made a quick stop a bit out of the way to pick up an item for my daughter, got the MVI, and returned my wife's car to her workplace all in the span of about 75 minutes. Well done! Went ahead and scheduled my own jalopy for an oil change and investigation of a heating/cooling problem.

Firestone never has my tire in stock even though they were the ones who sold that model to be the first time. I always have to wait days to get the tire shipped in.

Service experience was a fine one save for having to point out at checkout that I was there for the $19.99 oil change special. I booked my appointment through the oil change special link AND spoke to that in the comments section of the appointment confirmation also. Admission was made to the effect that they often do not know what is/is not on special until brought to there attention by customers. But there's a simple solution to that: just check the website each morning upon opening or have the manager on duty do so instead.
