Cinemark at Market Heights

We always come to this location in town. It's much nicer than the other movie theater.

The theatre was nice The staff was very friendly We were very happy But I wish the seat arm rests would move up and down

It was a good movie. A little full for being in the afternoon but still good nontheless

Movie quality was fine. Disappointed with concession stand. Hot dogs were not ready before the movie started and were not ready later when I was told they would be. Concession stand was also roped off on the side facing my theater, which required me to walk a longer distance around to get to the snack area. Not sure why this was done.

Cinemark is the most expensive theater in our area, but It's a great theater. Concessions are good, usually the employees are nice, and it's a clean theater.

Ticket sales was a nice guy. Concessions guy never smiled. Popcorn guy smiled briefly. It was okay

Great service and the building is in nice clean conditions. Good food as well.

Y'all should get a rewards card like Regal Cinemas has. Then we would be more likely to visit more often.
