Got a car wash with gas purchase and the machine malfunctioned while trying to get car wash. Had to go inside for help, the cashier gave me a new code for the car wash but said we would have to wait in line again to get one - this is after already waiting in line 10 minutes before. There were 3 cars already in line which would mean now waiting another 15 minutes or so. No apology or offer of an upgrade for our trouble. We ended up just asking to be refunded. Will not be visiting again.
