Very friendly team the gentleman that helped us was very good and knows his stuff. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything he left us to discuss on our own without standing over us. We felt very relaxed.

She was extremely pleasant and made me feel that I was a valued customer even though my purchase was just less than £100

Very friendly and helpful staff although there were only 2 employees on the shop floor. Asad, the gentleman who helped us, was lovely although did repeat himself a lot! But I understand this was to ensure we knew what we were getting and shows his knowledge and enthusiasm. We used the machine too which showed the best range of mattresses for me and was a lot quicker than trying every mattress in the store!
