The assistant Guy was extremely helpful and everything was sorted out very quickly.

We were assisted by a lovely staff member who showed us how to test for the kind of mattress we needed. As I have a chronic pain condition, we felt this was very important. We were then shown the mattresses that fitted our criteria and didn't feel rushed at all, feeling free to return to try a mattress for a second time if needed. Once selected we went on to choose a bed base and headboard before sitting down to place the order. We were offered a hot drink and the process was explained clearly to us and all our options were made clear. We chose to have our old mattress collected at the time of delivery and we received free pillows as part of our purchase. All the testing was covid safe and we felt at ease and well informed about everything.

From start to finish the lady was very polite gave me many options to the item I needed. She was friendly and attentive. As it was a hot day she asked if I would like a drink hot or cold. Explained everything and was lovely to chat to.
