Dreams - Gravesend

Frances, the sales person that served us, was exemplary. She was friendly and accommodating, she really made us feel welcome. She has obviously been well trained in sales but at no point did we feel that we were receiving a hard sell. It made a relatively large purchase for us very easy and pleasant. Frances was great.

I had a great customer experience. Staff very friendly, helpful and excellent service. Is second time I go to the store in Gravesend and I had a great experience, I went second time because I had a lovely assistance first time. Recommended.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store by Guy. I began to tell him what I wanted. He immediately took everything I said in and offered me a number of options that all suited my criteria. I was able to take a few options away with me to think about so I could come back the next day to place my order

The Manager at the Gravesend store provided an outstanding service, he was so friendly and helpful, I really warmed to him along with his colleague Guy who also assisted us. Such a wonderful team and store. Thank you for a fantastic service.
