The young man that served us was very polite and friendly. He took time to explain to us the different types of mattress avilable and also the pricing structure which we did find a bit confusing to follow. He made us feel very welcome and not once did we feel that he was pushing us for a sale. He gave us space and time when we needed it to think about what we wanted and then was happy to come back when we had more questions
