I visited the store several times whilst making my decision about which bed to buy. The shop assistant was really helpful on every occasion that I visited with regards to providing information about the product, trying out different mattresses and my indecisiveness about colour. The shop assistant was not pushy and had a good balance of giving me information and giving me space to consider my options. Best bed shopping experience I had over the past month where I have looked at many beds and felt pressured by other shop assistants.

Just good experience from start to finish, professional service

Asad was our assistant at the store wicked guy, I explained what I needed and he met our needs and told me about what mattress I needed by using the mattress machines thing. 5* for Asad.

Brilliant service. Unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the guy who assisted me but he was very helpful and knowledgeable. The lady who helped me with the delivery and payment processing (Mandy) was also very helpful and friendly. I would definitely return to the Gravesend store.

Only wanted a small single mattress. Went straight in and asked was shown to one suitable for my requirements- no problem

Found all staff present n shop to be friendly and accommodating, even turned off music as my wife has hearing problem.

The sales person who dealt with us (Mr. Asad) was very polite and he guided us into choosing the right mattress for us. He gave us an insight into what to look for. He was knowledgeable and very friendly as well. In fact, I was there to have a look only and was not thinking of buying the bed and the mattress in this visit. We were very impressed by his communication skills and ended up placing the order, when we thought we were only going to ASDA for the grocery.

We had bought ourselves a king size bed last year with the mattress designed to our needs and since received, had a good nights sleep plus the underneath storage very useful. We needed the underneath storage bed for the guests room as know they will get a good nights sleep, so ordered the double size variety.
