Dreams - Gravesend

I bought a bed from dreams in Gravesend and was served by Asad and store manager John. Asad was absolutely brilliant from the moment we walked in, he was great at showing us the beds and mattresses. He knew what he was talking about and was very professional, especially as this was the first day back since re opening. Please make sure that he is recognised for this service and pass this feedback to his superiors

Mandy the assistant was very helpful she come back at the the correct moments spoke through about each beds and we choose one that we liked and with the pillows we wanted. In total we spent about £2263 it was very expensive but well worth it.

On entry to the store (Gravesend) we were greeted by the friendly store manager, he offered his assistance which we welcomed, but we asked to take a look around first. After we had picked a few options that we liked, the store manager suggested that we use the mattress selection machine to find our best fit, which confirmed our preferences were correct, from there the sales advisor (Asad) proceeded to help us with our purchase, he ensured that we tried out all our options and were happy with our selection, he was friendly, talkative and very helpful, always checking that we were comfortable and happy throughout. Asad ensured that we were fully informed, explaining everything clearly and he offered us a refreshment whilst completing the order. We could not fault the whole experience and cannot wait for delivery day.
