I was served by a member of staff named France. She was Very helpful and understand what I was looking for. Gave me a few tips and explains the difference mattresses. I was impressed with France as she was aware I am deaf and lip read and it was hard because of wearing face masks but we had managed in the end with support of my sister. I can’t wait for the mattress to arrive and hope I will like it.
