The young lady was erudite, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. The purchase was quick and satisfactory on my part as I liked the person helping me to decide what I wanted - she was polite and personable. The bed and mattress I selected were perfect for my needs.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, available as soon as I entered the store and recommended several mattresses which perfectly matched what I wanted. The transaction was quick and efficient. Hygiene and social distancing practices were well observed.

The staff are knowledgeable, we've been there before and have always had a high degree of service. There are a wide variety of products in the store. We prefer a store rather than on-line for this sort of product They were very careful over hygiene, given the Covid pandemic.

Very good service, quick and smooth, and great value with the offers (half price pillows and duvet when bought with a mattress!)
