The assistant was very helpful, but not to pushy, she gave us advice on the mattress and pointed out the firm ones , then left us to look around and talk about it by ourselves. Then gave us assistance when we asked for advice. We didn’t feel we were pushed into buying, and that’s why we did buy . I hate pushy sales assistant and would have walk out if they push to much

The lady that served us was very helpful and was also very keen to help and also made my son feel very welcome as he suffers from adhd and struggling to understand the current climate we are in at the moment. I think her name was fran but she was a truly lovely lady. If I was to return I would hope she would be there Many thanks
